At Kitnex, we value customer feedback and strive to improve our product and experience. Kitnex offers a 3-day free trial with full functionality so you can make an informed decision before subscribing. If you have any issues or feedback, please contact our support team.
Users who have purchased a subscription plan from Kitnex and require a refund should contact the App Store directly regarding the applicable refund policy and process.
Our refund policy
By subscribing to Kitnex, you agree to the Kitnex Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Trial version before subscription begins
A 3-day free Kitnex trial is available to first-time users and cannot be combined with any other offer. Internet access and a valid payment method are required to redeem the offer. Kitnex will begin to bill your payment method for your selected membership fee 24 hours before the end of the 3-day trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period.
According to App Store policy, you cannot cancel subscriptions after they have been renewed automatically.
Subscriptions handled via Apple ID
Users may subscribe to Kitnex using the Apple ID associated with their App Store account by using the relevant process in this app. When doing so, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Any payment due shall be charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
- Any fees for renewal will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple App Store account settings.
Understanding the billing cycle
Your Kitnex subscription is billed and automatically renewed 24 hours before the end of each cycle. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time under your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > Apple ID Profile > Subscriptions.
You will not be able to receive a refund for a subscription plan that has auto-renewed. However, your subscription access and accompanying benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period after you terminate your subscription.
App Store refund policy
Kitnex does not process refunds. The subscription fee is charged on your Apple ID account. Users who have purchased a subscription plan from Kitnex and require a refund should contact the App Store directly regarding the applicable refund policy and process.
According to App Store policies, you cannot cancel subscriptions after they have been renewed automatically. The refund policy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, you can cancel your subscription during the free trial period. If you signed up for free or with a discounted trial subscription code and you do not want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Please note that refund requests will not be processed if
- You are not satisfied with the features described and available in the free trial version.
- You are not satisfied with the contents of the app as described on our website.
- You have reconsidered subscribing to Kitnex but have already activated it.
- You no longer need Kitnex.
- You do not like the features and Kitnex.
- You have found an app you like better after purchasing this product.
Kitnex values customer feedback and strives to improve the overall product and user experience. Kitnex offers a free trial enabled with full functionality so that customers can make an informed decision before purchase.
Kitnex is only distributed on the App Store, so all purchases, sales, and refunds follow App Store policy. Therefore, Kitnex does not have the right or capacity to process refund requests. If you think you have purchased Kitnex products by mistake, please contact the App Store directly.
